No Guarantee of Rewards We do not guarantee any rewards or profits from the use of our Services. The distribution of any rewards is solely the responsibility of the respective cryptocurrency project. We shall not be held liable for any failure of the project to distribute rewards, regardless of whether such failure is due to project issues, network issues, or any other reason beyond our control.
Subscription Periods Our Services can be purchased for periods of 1, 2, 3 months, etc. For the purposes of these Terms, a "month" is defined as 30 calendar days. This means that regardless of the actual number of days in a calendar month, each subscription period will last exactly 30 days.
Responsibility for Private Keys Upon issuance of private keys or access credentials for cryptocurrency wallets, accounts, the responsibility for the security and safekeeping of these keys lies entirely with the user. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the loss, theft, or misuse of private keys or access credentials.
Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold xNode, their respective officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way related to your access to or use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms.
Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
